Shipping of items is usually within 3 to 5 days after order is received online and 1 to 2 days if it is in a surrounding delivery area of Calgary. If an item is not in stock delivery may be delayed up to 2 weeks. We will notify you of the delivery and shipping charges if there is any changes. Shipping must be prepaid prior to sending.
Canada Shipping
Some over sized items such as lift chairs, hospital beds, scooters, ramps, tables, heavy gel or liquids or any item with a higher cubic weight may be subject to a fixed higher rate shipping charge.

US Shipping
May be subject to actual shipping charges on heavy or oversize items such as weights, walkers, rollators, beds, and scooters. You will be contacted after you place your order with our actual and best rate of shipping to your location.
Orders to the US may be subject to custom and duties fees.
